All Payments are accepted via credit card (Visa, Mastercard and American Express) through our secure payment gateway, PayPal & Stripe. We also accept payment via direct deposit into our bank account. Direct deposit information will be emailed to you after you have placed your order.


We post via Australia Post to Australia and New Zealand after payment has been received. JumJums cannot be held liable for damage caused by third parties. We respectively ask that a period of 14 working days be allowed for your nappies to arrive to you from the date you have placed your order to cover postage and handling.

Local pick up is also available in Gladstone, QLD. Please allow up to 10 working days for your nappies to be ready for collection. We will get in contact with you to arrange a suitable time for collection.

International Orders: Please contact us if you would like to place an order to an overseas address and we will email a quote and instructions.

Warranty Information:

JumJums nappies come with warranty for 1 year from date of purchase which covers elastic, stitching and or other similar issues related to manufacturing faults and providing all washing and care instructions have been followed as recommended. This warranty does not cover normal everyday wear and tear of the nappies, fading or leaking issues. Use of bleach, whiteners, laundry additives, fabric softeners or washing powders with enzymes will void this warranty. Warranty applies to the original purchaser only and for orders purchased within Australia.

Nappies will need to be clean, washed and dry when returned to for inspection.

Please contact us before sending your nappies back for inspection with a description of the problem and photos if possible. Email jumjumsnappies@hotmail.com.


At JumJums we are committed to ensuring you are happy with your purchase. If you should experience any issues or faults with the product or you feel that it is not suitable for your baby, please contact us to discuss an exchange, refund or credit. Products may be returned to us in brand new, unused and unwashed condition within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.


JumJums understand that your privacy is important. All personal details that you provide to us are kept strictly confidential and will not be passed along to any other third party.


Credit card transactions are processed instantly via our secure payment gateways Stripe and PayPal. Your credit card details are NOT kept on our website's database.


At Jum Jums we are committed to selling safe and reliable products for use with your baby. The nappy supplier is able to provide information (available on request) to demonstrate the product has been determined as safe for babies, however, unfortunately there is no ability to guarantee that the products will be suitable for every individual baby. It is up to the customer to deem that the product is fit for use. It is recommended that all inserts are placed within the pocket of the nappy and are not in direct contact with the baby. JumJums accept no responsibility for misuse of our products such as, and not limited to, safety pins, hooks or any other modification, alternative washing and stripping methods to what we recommend and incorrect handling of the product.
